All Saints, Bradley

All Saints is a beautiful, light and peaceful Grade II* listed church, situated close to Bradley Hall and within walking distance of Bradley Church of England Primary School. Built around 1370, it includes a Saxon carving in the nave wall, while the base of an old village cross can be found in the churchyard.

Bradley is a rural farming village without a pub or village hall, so the church and school provide important places where people can meet and community life can be celebrated.

We hold two regular Holy Communion services each month, generally using the spoken Book of Common Prayer. Our core congregation is supported by friends from elsewhere in the Benefice, with larger numbers joining us for Harvest Festival, our Carol Service and Christmas worship.

The annual fête, Harvest Supper, coffee mornings and seasonal gatherings with mulled wine and mince pies bring people together in a relaxed and welcoming way. The village responds generously when help is needed, and community fundraising and grant support have enabled us to care for the church and its recently renovated pipe organ.

We value our relationship with Bradley School and warmly welcome visitors, newcomers and those joining us for special occasions.
