Our next Messy Church will be on Saturday 22nd May, 3pm to 5pm and it will be OUTSIDE!
We are calling it “Messy Nature Walk”.
We will meet at the Hognaston Village Hall carpark and then go for a nature walk, ending up near Carsington reservoir. Once there, we will play some nature-themed games, have some tea and have a short time reflecting on God and his amazing creation. We will then return to Hognaston and finish in the churchyard. It will be approx. 2 miles in total. All socially distanced of course!
Please note the following:
- Bring a picnic and drink
- Bring a clipboard and pen/pencil
- Wear sensible footwear
- Bring a rug to sit on
- The paths are NOT suitable for pushchairs
If it is wet on the day, we will postpone to the following day and hope it is dry then.
Due to government restrictions currently in place, only 30 people can attend in total – so you MUST book your place. We can only accept people on the day who have booked in advance. We will hold a waiting list in case it is over-subscribed.
